Contract of sale will be confirmed once your payment has cleared in full and your credit card has been authorised, after which we will pack and dispatch your book order between Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4pm HKT - Hong Kong Time (Standard Time), excluding general holidays.  This may take longer during peak periods.

 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive shipping confirmation by email ("Invoice").  Gamma Leonis Books issues each Invoice in electronic form to your email address.  As some countries may take longer to receive deliveries than others, please note that it can take up to 16 working days for you to receive your order.  Gamma Leonis Books only ships all our books from our Headquarters in Hong Kong using Registered Mail.  You will receive a Tracking Number in your email so that you can follow the delivery status of your book order.

Please note that the USA, Canada, and The Netherlands do not provide tracking services once Registered Mail orders have reached these countries.

Usually you are not charged customs and duties upon delivery of an order.  However, if your country's customs and duties necessitate this procedure of upon-delivery charging, then the buyer shall be wholly responsible for paying these customs and duties charges;  Gamma Leonis Books does not cover and is not liable for those customs and duties charges.

Postal Services only deliver between 9am and 6pm and will require a signature on receipt.  If you are not available to take delivery of your Packet/Parcel, the Postal Services in your country will leave you a calling card to advise you about the collection.
